Return of Products:

Produtcs  can be returned if recived not as per order placed, defective, broken or incomplete within two working days from the date of receipt.

​

Buyer will raise the request of return of the product within 12 hours from the time of receipt of product.

​

Buyer will re-pack the product properly and handover it to designated transporter/courier partner of Cosmorugs.

​

Cosmorugs will update to buyer about the date and time of collection of defective product well in advance.

​

Refund of Payment:

Payment will be refunded within T+7 days in the same account from where it was received. . T is the date of return request of product.

 

Cancellation:

Oder can be cancelled before dispatch of product by writting through mail : info@cosmorugs.com or login the website  and clicking on cancellation of order button.
