Cosmorugs  yoga mats, door mats, dhurries, puja mats and other floor mats are made of natural cotton yarn.

After rceipt of natural cotton yarn it is inspected for colour, texture , knots thickness and  discolorations. 

Asses the twist and ply of the yarn required to weave the products.

Ensure the required weight of the each products  by checking at every interval of 10 pcs weaving. 

After weaving each pcs goes for air cleaning and removing if  any extra part of the yarn is attached.
